The service
Simple Seat Finder lets organisers create seating plans, import guest lists and publish an exact-name seat lookup. The free plan, Event Pass and Pro features are described on the pricing page. Guests do not need an account.
Your account and guest data
You must use an email address you control, keep access links secure and make sure team permissions remain appropriate. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of event and guest information you upload and for giving guests any privacy information required by law. Do not upload data that is unnecessary, unlawful, abusive or unsafe.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or bypass security, scrape guest information, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights or use the product for unlawful discrimination, harassment or surveillance. We may restrict access needed to protect customers, guests or the service.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown before checkout. Stripe processes card payments. Event Pass applies to one event; Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Taxes are handled as shown at checkout. Refunds and cancellations follow ourRefund and cancellation policy and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted use. Organisers should export or retain an operational backup for important events and have a manual arrival fallback. We may make proportionate changes for security, legal or product reasons and will give reasonable notice of a material adverse change where practical.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using the service, archive events and delete eligible accounts. Active subscriptions and shared workspaces must be resolved before account deletion. Archived event data is automatically deleted after 90 days, so export anything you need first.
Responsibility
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, subject to that rule, total liability connected with the service is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months. Consumer statutory rights are not restricted. Event-day seating decisions and the organiser’s source guest data remain the organiser’s responsibility.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights a consumer has where they live. Contactinfo@simpleseatfinder.comto raise a problem before starting formal proceedings.
