Refund and cancellation policy

Plain-language rules for Event Pass and Pro purchases. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Event Pass

An Event Pass is a one-off purchase for one event. A consumer may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the event has not been published and paid-only exports or other premium functions have not been materially used. If you ask us to start the paid service during that period and use it, we may deduct a fair amount for the service already supplied where the law permits.

Pro subscription

Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not normally refund a partly used renewal period, but we will correct duplicate or mistaken charges and honour any cancellation or refund right required by law.

Faulty or unavailable service

If the paid service is faulty, materially unavailable or not as described, contact us so we can put it right. Where that is not possible, we will offer an appropriate price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits UK consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Email info@simpleseatfinder.comwith the account email, purchase date, event name and reason. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
